Initiate Your Request
Log into your SecondShop account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
